Quizz!

What car, produced by Mazda, passed through 3 different generations from 1978 to 2002, was manufactured more than 800'000 units over its lifetime, and was nominated 5 times "Ten Best list" by the magazine Car and Driver?

The Mazda RX7!

DNA Collectibles chose to replicate the 1988 second generation Mazda RX7 Convertible introduced in the US market by ads featuring the great actor James Garner!

The revolution about this car is clearly about the removable roof which was forward-thinking... The designers wanted to combine the assets of a hard roof (low noise and water-tight) with the joy of a convertible (open air driving). In that purpose, the roof was engineered, produced and placed into the body as a single unit on the assembly line. That was "premier" in the car insdustry!

The Mazda RX7 Convertible was another opportunity for DNA Collectibles to show our skills to reproduce very high detailed interiors with a removable roof.
